Been doing a bit better this week

The pain has been bearable and the pace of this past week was slower, which for working isn't good for the employer, but it is definitely better for the sufferer of FMS. Remember you have true worth in what you are able to do. So don't give up. We are pulling for you
A little more is available at this FMS site

Restless Leg Syndrome

Another less associated problem that many FMS suffers have is restless leg syndrome, when you uncontrollably move your legs during sleep. Not just tossing and turning, but running and the like. If you are having this problem talk to your health care provider. Go here for other info on FMS

Don't let your feelings stop you!

Sure you can do some of the things you used to, ie strenuous sports. But there are lots you can do. Don't shut yourself off from doing things that you can with others. A short walk, you may have to change the people you do things with. But look at it as a way to broaden your friend base.

Are you awake yet?

Non restorative sleep, a fancy term for getting up as tired as you were when you went to bed.
That is the situation when you suffer from FMS. You need to make sure you get enough sleep, even if all you seem to do is toss and turn. Try not to get frustrated. For more info check out http://www.members.shaw.ca/docjoy
