One of the toughest problems I found in dealing with Fibromyalgia, is depression.
No matter how up beat you try to be, you just can't "SNAP OUT OF IT".

Determine what's wrong

Do you have Fibromyalgia? Many people say they have it, but have never been diagnosed. This kind of baffles me. Who would ever say they have cancer but have never gone to the doctor to have it diagnosed?
I'm not saying you don't have it, but DON'T diagnose yourself.

Everyday an Adventure

Think about it, did you know last night how you feel this morning?
For me, other than the essentials, decisions are made as the day goes. If you are a very organized individual this may drive you a little crazy. But I think it beats over doing it one day and having to recuperate for two or three days.
Don't try to be superwoman or man. It's better to listen to your body went it speaks instead of waiting til it YELLS.

Fibromyalgia Symptoms

There are many and varied sympons of FMS. Porbably the most common is chronic tiredness and nonassociated pain.
One sympton that patients don't what to accept and the medical field tend to point to as the cause is depression.
Depression does make dealing with FMS harder but there is no proof that it causes FMS.
What I think and have told one doctor is "You have pain 24-7 and see if you don't get depressed.
